AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SITE USE:
This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement,” sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the website Protidehealth.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Website.” By accessing or using the Website, you, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between the User and Protidehealth, inc, hereinafter referred to as “Protide Health.” If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement, the User must immediately cease any and all use of the Website.
Protide Health reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website by the User following the posting of amendments or modifications shall constitute acceptance of such changes. It is the responsibility of the User to periodically review the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Payment terms are hereby established such that all financial transactions conducted through the Website shall be remitted to Protide Health, Inc. By engaging in a transaction with Pro, the User authorizes the initiation of a one-time electronic funds transfer from the User’s designated bank account for the total amount of the order. This transfer shall occur based upon the banking details provided at the time the order is placed. The User affirms that all transactions initiated are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Payments initiated after 11:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time shall be processed on the subsequent business day. Upon the User’s selection of the “Place Order” button, the payment process shall be deemed final, and no alterations or corrections to the payment shall be permitted thereafter. Users are advised to retain a printed copy of this authorization for their records.
The use of the Website shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein as well as the Protide Health Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Users are strictly prohibited from altering, distributing, transmitting, reproducing, publishing, licensing, transferring, or selling any information, products, or services obtained or viewed on the Website without express written consent from Protide Health. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users are permitted to display, download, or print hard copies of materials from the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such materials remain unaltered and that all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are preserved.
The information provided on the Website is for informational and educational purposes only and shall not be construed as a substitute for professional advice or diagnosis. Products offered on the Website are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes and are not to be construed as medications, drugs, or any form of therapeutic intervention. Protide Health shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of products sold through the Website. All sales conducted through the Website shall be deemed final, and no returns shall be accepted unless the wrong product was shipped, provided that the product remains unopened and unused.
Shipping terms for domestic orders are established such that Protide Health shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by shipping carriers. For international orders, the User acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with customs delays, seizures, or additional taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. Protide Health shall not be responsible for shipments delayed or confiscated by customs authorities, and no refunds or replacements shall be issued under such circumstances.
The privacy of Users is of paramount importance to Protide Health. Personal information collected through the Website, including but not limited to names, email addresses, purchasing records, and shopping behavior, shall be used solely for the purposes of processing orders, enhancing customer experience, and conducting marketing activities. The User represents and warrants that they are affiliated with a recognized research facility, institution, or laboratory and that all products purchased from the Website shall be handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Protide Health reserves the right to verify the User’s affiliation and to deny sales to unqualified individuals. Furthermore, Protide Health reserves the right to limit or refuse sales of products at its sole discretion.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevis. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nevis. Users accessing the Website from outside Nevis are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions, shall absolve Protide Health from liability for delays or failures in performance. By placing an order and clicking “I Agree,” the User affirms their acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein, including but not limited to the Shipping and Refunds Policy. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from completing any transaction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User andProtide Health concerning the use of the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
