Return and Cancellation Policy for Protide Health

At Protide Health, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience while maintaining the integrity and safety of our products. Please review the policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be new, unopened, and unused in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Returns are reviewed by our support team to confirm eligibility.

To request a return, please email support@protidehealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The product name(s)

  • The condition of the product(s)

  • The reason for your return request

Our team will review your request and provide next steps if your return is approved.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any items that are damaged or defective, Protide Health will replace the affected items at no cost.

Please email support@protidehealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective items and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.


Return Shipping, Labels & Fees

For approved returns and exchanges:

  • Protide Health will provide a free downloadable/printable return label.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Protide Health.

  • No restocking fees apply.

All returns are handled by mail; we do not currently support in-store returns.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow up to 14 days for evaluation and refund processing.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged with our support team.


Exchanges

Protide Health accepts exchanges for new, unopened products requested within 60 days of delivery, subject to review and product availability.

To request an exchange, email support@protidehealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The item you would like in exchange (if applicable)

  • The reason for the exchange

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid return label and further instructions if approved.


Non-Refundable Items & Lab Production Queue

To protect product quality and safety:

  • Products that have entered the lab production queue (custom or made-to-order items) cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

  • Once a lab order is placed into production, all sales are final for that item.

This ensures that products are not re-entered into circulation once they have been prepared for a specific order.


Purity Guarantee

Protide Health backs all products with a purity assurance, supported by third-party testing.

  • Questions or concerns regarding product purity must be submitted prior to shipping at support@protidehealth.com.

  • If a verified purity issue is identified, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution in line with this policy.


Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

  • Orders may be eligible for cancellation before they ship, depending on where they are in the processing queue.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@protidehealth.com as soon as possible with your order number.

  • Approval is not guaranteed, as some orders may move quickly into processing or lab production.

Post-Shipment Cancellation

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the product after shipment, please refer to the Returns section above to see if your order is eligible for return or exchange.
